Can I track the performance of my designs on the platform?
You will have access to an analytics and payments dashboard, providing you with sales reports, including the number of sales each product has made on the platform. Additionally, you can view payout dates, and the amounts of upcoming and previous payouts. We handle all the SEO, traffic, and engagement driven to your products.
What is the commission structure for graphic designers?
The Visual Pharmacy takes a 30% share of all digital download sales, which is considerably lower than most other marketplaces for graphic designers. Please note that this excludes any pricing fees related to PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processing outlets.
What rights do I retain over my designs?
You retain full rights to your designs. We only require a non-exclusive license to sell your work on our platform. We do not limit you to only selling on The Visual Pharmacy, now or in the future. You're free to sell your products on other marketplaces concurrently.
How and when do I get paid for my sales?
Payments are sent out and processed bi-weekly via the PayPal account and email tied to your payments dashboard. There's no minimum payout threshold.
What kind of marketing and promotion does the marketplace provide for sellers?
We actively promote your graphic design assets and drive traffic to your product pages, so you don't have to worry about marketing.
