How to Get a Chrome Text Effect in Adobe Photoshop

1. Apply Bevel & Emboss and Set the Style to Stroke Emboss

2. Apply a Stroke and Set the Fill Type to Gradient

3. Apply an Inner Shadow and Set the Blend Mode to Overlay

4. Apply an Inner Glow and Set the Source to Edge

6. Apply Satin & Set the Blend Mode to Overlay

7. Apply a Gradient Map

8. On a duplicate layer of the text, reduce the layer fill to 0 and Apply a bevel and emboss and contour.
