How is customer support handled, especially in cases of disputes or refunds?
All customer support requests are handled via email and or Discord. We do not allow refunds, seeing as all products are digital downloads, but in the event of a dispute, If a payout has not been completed and the order is refunded, the amount will be removed from the payout. If the payout has already been paid, we create a negative charge on the following payout to account for the costs.
So, how does this work?
If you are reading this message, likely, you are already approved. Once approved, you can submit your assets using the "Submit Your Assets" button at the top of the webpage. Here, we will collect all the necessary information to categorize your assets on our platform correctly. This is a curated platform, your assets will then need to be approved for posting.
What happens once my asset is approved?
After your assets are approved, you will receive an email to set up your payment portal dashboard and PayPal account with our service provider. Once this is completed, we will contact you via email and/or Discord to confirm your access. Once approved, your assets will go live on the site within 1 to 3 business days.
Do I need to review and sign any legal agreements or contracts?
All submitted assets undergo a quality assurance check to ensure everything is in order. If we decline your assets, we will provide a reason so you can resubmit them. Currently, we do not accept assets larger than 200MB.
